May 31st was the playday that was re-scheduled
due to rain at Querbes Golf Club. The
Broadmoor ladies hosted the Shreveport Senior Women’s Golf Association at the
newly “trimmed” course where the greens were in very good condition. Can’t say the same for the amount of clover
that was present, but we’re hoping that will soon be gone too.
The low score of the day was an 89 by Debbie Magee of
Stonebridge. Cheryl Smith, also of
Stonebridge, figured out the greens speed real nicely with just 30 putts for
the day. Congratulations ladies!
